1. Delivery Policy
Any and all tangible products or merchandise will be delivered to purchaser and/or patrons of HotShoe Marketing L.L.C. according to the delivery time for the delivery service and method selected by the client/patron and for the prescribed product, plus and additional grace period of 14 days for posible delays in processing, packaging or shipping, excluding such cases of backordered or unavailable merchandise, in which case the purchaser will be notified as to the expected availability date of said merchandise, and given the opportunity to cancel said purchase. All intangible item sales and/or services will be delivered/rendered according to a specific agreement with the client for that intangible or service.

2. Return/Refund Policy
All sales and services are final. We reserve the right to grant refunds or returns at our discretion, and will do so in such cases of defective merchandise or our own admitted failure to meet the terms and conditions of any specific agreement for any goods or services purchased through www.hotshoemarketing.com. or any subdomain or owned property thereof.
